Customer Services

We work with over 40 large and enterprise level customers delivering the sales promise. We want to ensure that our customers derive the maximum benefit from the VBIS solution installed – whether it’s a hosted application or in-house installation.

We are all familiar with ‘closed loop marketing’. This applies in equal measure to the customer services operation. We continually review customer requirements against the original project objectives and provide technical, consultancy and account management support to ensure these are being met.

Customer Services and Operations provides:

Installation consultants for initial installation and subsequent VBIS software upgrades. For new customer requirements as the needs of the business evolve
Technical support by phone, email and site visit for ease of use and speed of resolution
Consultancy services to deliver deeper insight and to ensure customers are constantly informed of the capability of VBIS, align VBIS to the evolving needs of the business and oversee phased installation plans to bring systems and people up to speed with functions, benefits and usability
Training and Support services for all users of VBIS
