Carphone Warehouse selects Site Intelligence for its industry experience and the development potential of its software, VBIS

The UK’s leading online web analytics company, Site Intelligence, has designed and delivered a bespoke web analytics solution for Carphone Warehouse - Europe's largest independent mobile communications retailer. The software is providing in-depth analysis of the firm’s online performance while tracking the profitability of its web based marketing initiatives.

VBIS (Visitor Behaviour Information System), the industry-leading software platform from Site Intelligence, has been installed at the Carphone Warehouse Support Centre in Acton, London. Its powerful analytical and reporting capabilities are enabling the firm to rapidly and cost-effectively transform business data into relevant, intelligible and actionable management information.

It gave us little real insight into customer behaviour patterns, and results were delivered as a weekly 150 page document which was becoming increasingly difficult and time-consuming to interpret.”
